Securezza provides trained, certified and licensed Security Officers. Each security officer has been screened to the standards of The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and undergoes further rigorous background screening prior to employment with us.

Our officers are remunerated in strict compliance with the provisions of Sectoral Determination 6 relating to the Private Security Sector. Our recruitment and selection criteria surpasses the industry standard. We conduct pre-employment background screening that includes criminal record checks as well as employment history, references and qualification verification.

Our officers need to pass a pre-employment test to evaluate the level of their knowledge of the security industry. Each officer must undergo at least two personal interviews with management to test their verbal and communication skills.

Experience has taught us that proper and effective supervision is the key to enhancing the service that our security officers provide. Direct supervision, regular visits and a motivational management ethos are vital – Securezza supervisors provide this to their staff.

Supervisors are mobile and available 24-hours, 7 days a week. They are a liaison between staff and management. Their ability to build effective and long-lasting working relationships with staff and clients, results in us maintaining our level of service excellence.
